Safety precautions

Before you start welding, you must disconnect all connectors

between the device and the electric system of the vehicle!
Protect the device from flying sparks and welding beads by

appropriate covers !
Avoid contact between the welding electrode or the ground

terminal of the welding machine and the device!
Installation location/installation surface
Ensure an unobstructed heat conduction at the device!
The installation location must allow air to circulate.

The installation surface must be of heat-conducting material

such as aluminum or galvanized steel.
The installation location must be of sufficient size. The
connectors of the device must be easily accessible for servicing.
The installation surface must be level.
Install strain reliefs for the connecting cables.
