Installing Power Cables: DC Power Distribution Box
NOTE
Setup of the equipment room power supply determines whether installation of a short-circuit copper bar is
required. If the equipment room has four power inputs greater than or equal to 63 A, no short-circuit
copper bar is needed. If the equipment room has two power inputs greater than or equal to 125 A, one is
needed.

125 A (If the equipment room provides two 125 A inputs, install short-circuit copper bars on the
two groups of 63 A terminals in the Input A and Input B sections.)
• (Optional) Installing the short-circuit copper bar
Short-circuit copper bar
CAUTION
If a short-circuit copper bar is used, the 125 A power cable must meet the following requirements:
Cross-sectional area: 35 mm
OT terminal: M6 one-hole OT terminal with a width of less than 15.5 mm
If no short-circuit copper bar is used, a power cable with a cross-sectional area of 25 mm
assembled with an M6 two-hole OT terminal.
