3) Plug installation
Install hex. socket plug (063, 064) complete with
O-ring to the forced brake releasing port.

Tightening torque 27 ~ 31N-m
On the cam motor brake disk, slight shrinkage will take place, after initial commissioning, due
to running-in effect. It has been set on the higher side for new disk by taking it into account.
Replacement standard
In any of the following cases, replace friction plate and separate plate totally.
(1) When braking force drops below hydraulic motor drive force.
(Despite that brake is actuated, hydraulic motor rotates when HST drive is actuated).
(2) When friction plate and separate plate are seized.
(3) When brake piston stroke exceeds 3.5mm (See following details).
