PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE
4) Brake piston
Install a-ring, small (051) and a-ring, large (052) to
the brake spring (003) respectively.
Install brake piston (003) to brake housing.
Push it in all the way, while tapping lightly on it with
plastic hammer.

CAUTION
Coat the O-rings with mineral oil gel and use care
to avoid incurring scar or any other damage.
5) Brake spring
Place brake spring (011) on brake piston (003) and
cover them with brake cover (002) to which a-ring
(053) has been installed.

6) Brake cover
Tighten the brake cover (002) with hex. socket bolts
(042). Tighten 8 bolts uniformly.

CAUTION
Unless bolts are tightened uniformly, the bolt
tightened first can be broken.
