Periodic Maintenance Schedule: Honda GX 160

The engine maintenance schedule(s) in this chapter are reproduced from the
engine owner's manual. For additional information, see the engine owner's
manual.
Item: Perform at ever indicated
month or operating hour interval,
whichever comes first.
Check the engine oil level.
Check the reduction gear oil
(applicable models only).
Check the air cleaner.
Change the engine oil.
Change the reduction gear oil
(applicable models only).
Clean the air cleaner.
Clean the sediment cup.
Clean/readjust the spark plug.
Clean spark arrester (optional part).
Check/readjust the valve clearance.
Clean the fuel tank and strainer.
Check condition of the fuel lines. Replace when necessary.
