4.1. Diagnosis of Failures

When pump fails, please read the following and check it again.
Phenomena
The air pump does not work.
The discharge air volume
decreases.
Abnormal temperature arises.
The air pump sometimes operate
and sometimes doesn't.
The air pump makes abnormal
noise.
If the failure is not found even after checking above points, remove the plug
to stop operation. Then, call the distributor or service shop with the following
information: Model (refer to nameplate attached), date of production and failure
(as detailed as possible).
Do not continue operation as long as it runs abnormally. Continued running
may cause leakage, electric shock, short circuit or other damage.
A specialist should do the repair of the air pump!
Improper repair may cause leakage, electric shock, short
Circuit or other damage.

4.2. Replacement Parts

Do not use any parts for replacement other than genuine parts. Parts other
than genuine parts may have different size and so the air pump will not only
perform as intended but also cause to be broken.
Such parts as in the following replacement parts list will lose their original
function by wear out, deterioration etc. during operation.
Diaphragm
Connecting pipe
Rubber bush
In order to ensure a long operation-time of the air pump without failure, it is
recommended that diaphragms and valves should be replaced at least once
each year.
The replacement parts will be available for nine (9) years after production of
the air pump is stopped.

4. After-Sales Servicing

Checks
Does the power supply give out?
Is the piping or diffuser pipe
blocked?
Is a valve in the piping, which is
shot?
Is the filter element blocked?
Is the air pump in touch with
surrounding articles?
