The unit should be cleaned regularly to maintain the best possible operating
efficiency and performance.
Before any maintenance should be performed turn off the unit and once the fans
and compressors have stopped unplug the unit from the mains supply and leave
for 3 minutes.


Filter Cleaning
Clean the filter every two weeks as the condition of the filters will inhibit
the efficient operation of the unit. Use warm water with a small quantity
of detergent, do not use solvents.

CLEANING
Clean the surface of the unit with a soft damp cloth; do not use
any chemical cleaners or solvents.
Clean and remove any dust and dirt from the louvers and air
outlets.
Remove the 2 filters, 1 and 2 as per the diagram below
Use clean water to wash the filters, if the filter is very dirty and
contains grease or other substances then they can be cleaned
using warm water (40C) with a small amount of detergent
added.
Allow the filters to air dry before returning them to the unit
