Replacing the Fan Filter Mats and Air Exit Filter
DANGER
•
If the filter mats in the fan or the air exit filter become clogged, the control cabinet may
overheat and be destroyed.
•
The fan filter mats and air exit filter should be replaced at least once a year. They must
be replaced more frequently under unfavourable environmental conditions.
Press the START/STOP key to switch off the system.
Switch off at the mains.
Remove the fan cover. Take hold of the recessed grips at the bottom of the cover and
remove it.
Remove the clogged filter mats and insert new ones with the white side facing inwards
(control cabinet side).
Replace the air exit filter mat as described above.
Switch on at the mains.

Troubleshooting with the control cabinet open and replacement of components may
only be carried out by an authorized skilled electrician.

Insufficient lamp output.
Increase lamp output
A coating has formed on the protective tube and/or UVC sensor.
Clean the protective tube and UVC sensor
The UV transmission of the water to be disinfected has deteriorated.
Improve the water quality
The UV lamp is at the end of its useful life.
Insert a new UV lamp
Sensor not calibrated.
Calibrate the sensor
