• If you work in a contact center or similar environment, you can create, update, and delete your own
• A Call Chaperone user cannot answer an incoming call while the calls are being chaperoned.

Hold and Resume

You can hold and resume calls. When you put a call on hold, the Hold icon
information area and the corresponding line button flashes green

• If you receive an alert for an incoming call and a reverting call at the same time, by default your phone
