steam generator will automatically drain.
2. Clean the cooking compartment as described in
Section 3.3.1 of this manual.
3. The steam generator must be rinsed and drained.
Refer to Section 3.4, Cleaning the Generator, for
complete instructions.
• Disconnect the power supply to the steam gen-
erator before servicing.
• Contact the factory, the factory representative,
or a factory-authorized service company to per-
form maintenance repairs.
• Keep this manual for daily reference.

Generator Cleaning

The ST-6-TGG is designed with an advanced clean-
ing system that notifies the user that the steam genera-
tor needs to be cleaned. Your steamer permits you to
quickly clean the generator. The cleaning sequence is
as follows:
