3.6 Troubleshooting Notes

GENERAL
Install the latest drivers from cablematters.com/downloads if your
computer does not recognize the adapter.
How to check if your computer recognizes the adapter:
Windows 10: Search Device Manager > Display adapters > USB3 to HDMI
Windows XP/7/8: Control Panel > Device Manager > USB Display Adapters
> USB3 to HDMI
CABLING
Check that all cable and adapter connections are secure
