1.5 Operations

The following symbols are positioned at various
points in Section 5 Operations.
D o not w ear ties, loose fit clothing or
dangling jew elry w hile operating or
servicing the lam inator. T hese item s can
get caught in the nip and choke you or
you can be crushed.
IN F O R M AT IO N
T he m achine w ill only operate if all
four em ergency stops are unlatched and
R E SE T has been pressed.
It is unsafe to sheet feed w ithout the
pressure plate properly placed on
the front feed table.
K eep h ands and fingers clear of the
lam inator roller n ip w hen changing G A P.

E nsure the roll of lam inate is loaded
properly on the unw ind shaft.
E xposed adhesive should be facing
aw ay from the rollers.
T his w ill prevent hours of roll cleaning!
