A brief overview of G2 A Gravimetric Gateway Server (G2 Server) provides communication with all Maguire controllers for data collection and control. Maguire Products, Inc. LineMaster Alarm List Max XCV The MAX XCV alarm will occur in the locked mode if the calculated voltage exceeds 10.00 VDC at the extruder. After the occurrence of this alarm the system will automatically unlock and hold the last known voltage. To reset you must cycle the Manual / Lock switch.
Maguire Products, Inc. LineMaster Load Cell Zero Weight Calibration This unit was properly calibrated for zero and full weight at the factory to match the load cells specific to the LIW model. It should not be necessary to re-calibrate during installation.
