6-Hose Extension Board Kit - P/N 1028324

Use this service kit to expand the hose capacity of any model P10 ProBlue
adhesive melter from four hoses to six hoses.

WARNING: Risk of personal injury or equipment damage! Refer to

the melter. Failure to comply with the safety information provided
can result in personal injury, including death.
WARNING: Risk of electrocution! The control switch does not remove
high-voltage power from the melter. Before opening the electrical
compartment door, ensure that the local power disconnect switch is in the
off position and locked. Failure to properly disconnect power from the
melter can result in personal injury, including death.
1.
Switch the melter off.
2.
Disconnect power to the melter at the local power
disconnect switch.
3.
Disconnect the hose electrical cordset from each hose/gun
module, and then remove or partially disengage each hose/gun
modules (or blank module) from the main circuit board.
Note:
Begin with the top-most hose/gun module
when removing or partially disengaging the modules.
Tools:
Philips-head screwdriver

Open the electrical enclosure door and disconnect
all of the cables from the main circuit board (TB1, TB2,
J6, J7, and J8).
5.
Remove the Phillip-head screw and washers
that secure the main circuit board to the chassis.
