Maintenance

The Technilock ® L4 is maintenance-free. The sliding surfaces are permanently greased.
Impor tant!
Do not spray any lubricants into the Technilock
Only lubricate the edges of the striking plate according to the instructions below.

Lubrication schedule

The striking plate must be lubricated every 100,000 operating cycles.
Use the following grease:

2 Grease the inner edges of the striking plate opening (in the figure
Subsequent lubrication is only necessary with the "fail-locked" product variant.
3 Grease the angled edges of the striking plate (in the figure
