Test for short in cable from Low Voltage power
supply to CRT socket (Remove plug J2 from Low
Voltage power supply and test for short between
pins 1 and 14 at the CRT socket). Repair or
exchange as needed.
Reconnect coax Signal cable, feature card(s).
