34. Secure the adapter with two 5 x 16 mm
washer-screws to the 6 mm holes of the glove
box.

Take care to use the correct holes for
securing the adapter unit.

35. Connect the iPod
adapter unit.
36. Clean the cushion tape attachment surface
with contact cleaner. Secure the iPod
with one cushion tape to the adapter unit.
When installing together with the bass system,
install the bass system first. Afterwards, remove the
indicated bolt and perform installation of this prod-
uct. When the bass system is not to be installed, the
work of step 37 is not required.
37. Remove the bolt for bass system installation.
