Pass the iPod
harness connector through the
grommet.
50. Move the front console close to the car. Pass

the iPod
harness connector through the cut
hole and install the grommet in the cut hole.
If the car is equipped with the vehicle 14-pin connec-
tor or another, accessory 14-pin connector continue
with step 51.
51. Plug the adapter unit harness 14-pin connector
and 14-pin connector to the BUS cable 2 port
14-pin connectors.
If the BUS cable 2-port is a hindrance to installation
of the audio unit when it is to be installed by con-
necting the adapter unit harness 14-pin connector to
the BUS cable 2-port and then connecting the BUS
cable 2-port to the audio unit, take necessary mea-
sures, such as by using a wire tie, to remove the
BUS cable 2-port out of your way.
