Rollouts Removal of Drawers and Non-Shrouded Rollouts from the Suspension Remove screws in the front on both sides of the drawer (1a) or rollout (1b). Pry out the suspension of the drawer (2a) or rollout (2b) at the eyebrow. Drawers Lift drawer or rollout up and out of suspension belt loop.
Removal of a Drawer Suspension NOTE: If the upper unit(s) do not have roll-outs, then it is not necessary to remove the suspensions or the interlock assembly. With a pencil (or non permanent marking method) mark the location of the slide on the case side.
Removal of Non-Shrouded Offset Suspensions Rotate front hook of suspension toward center of case to disengage. Pull up to disengage second tab in front. Pull suspension forward from the suspension hook in the rear of the offset bracket. Remove offset brackets by sliding bracket forward (4a) and rotating out (4b).
Removal of Shrouded Rollouts Remove screws in the front of both sides of the rollout (1a and 1b). Pry out the suspension away from the rollout at the eyebrow. Lift rollout up and out of suspension belt loop. Reverse for re-installation. CAUTION: Screws must be re-installed in drawers and roll-outs.

Installation of Rollouts Extend 1 set of slides and engage the interlock cam. Place the drawer or rollout SUSPENSION in and down into the suspension belt loops. Push downward on the rear of the EYEBROW ON drawer or rollout until the ROLLOUT SIDE eyebrow snaps into place on the suspension.
