  • Page 2 Rollouts Removal of Drawers and Non-Shrouded Rollouts from the Suspension Remove screws in the front on both sides of the drawer (1a) or rollout (1b). Pry out the suspension of the drawer (2a) or rollout (2b) at the eyebrow. Drawers Lift drawer or rollout up and out of suspension belt loop.

  • Page 8 Removing the Lock Bar LOCK BAR BRACKET Bracket Remove the lock bar bracket on both sides of case in all positions. Remove screws from lock bar holder (2a). Remove lock bar holder on both sides of case (only if replacing this part, otherwise leave it in) (2b).
  • Page 9 CUP WASHER If Replacing the Lock Bar Remove lock tabs. Remove lock bar connector if needed. Remove cup washer from the top most unit of the case. NOTE: Large hole located towards the bottom of the case. LOCK BAR CONNECTOR LOCK TAB NOTE: Remember placement of lock tab.
