Volts 1KV Spot value, 100MΩ, 1%, TC 250ppm, Max. - Page 4 5068 Ins-Cal Typical Operation Procedure 1) Fully charge the battery in the 5068. 2) Fully charge the battery in the EUT. (or fit fresh batteries). 3) Complete the set up procedure for the EUT. 4) Connect the 5068 leads to the EUT; (make certain the 4mm plugs on the free end are safe).
- Page 5 5068 Ins-Cal Observations 1) Always remove the battery charger leads from both instruments before starting set 2) The high voltage test leads supplied are of a high quality and are rated at 5kV, use these leads where ever possible for all tests, except for low resistance or continuity tests, for these use the supplied 9542 4mm plug test lead set.
