2.16. Locating the connecting box for the connection cable in the sauna room

A = Specified minimum safety clearance
1. Recommended location for the connecting box
2. Silumin box recommended in this area.
3. This area should be avoided. Always use a silumin box.
In other areas, use a heat-resisting box (T 125 °C) and heat-resisting cables (T 170 °C). The connection box must be
clear of obstacles. When installing the connection box to zones 2 or 3, refer to the instructions and regulations of the
local energy supplier.

2.17. Remote controlling

The heater can be turned on by pressing the power button or via a normally open contact.
Remote control can be pulsed, or it can always remain on.
NOTE: Heater regulations require door switches if the heater is turned on from outside of the sauna room.

The remote control system can be supplemented by adding a signal light to indicate when the remote control system
has switched the heater on.
If the indicator light signals a fault caused by leaving the sauna door open for more than five minutes by flashing
quickly, then the heater will be turned off automatically. The heater runs according to the time set in the control panel.
The sauna heater can also be turned off remotely.
