7) When the detection command transmitted intercom, LED
indicator light is red.
8) If the received acknowledgment detection intercom, LED
indicator lights green tone sounds, and displays "Target
Available"
• Or if a radios detection confirmation is not received, a
beep sounds and the screen displays "Target Not
Available".
• After the radios is successfully detected, press and hold
the [PTT] button to call the other party
1.3.2 Call Alert
In digital mode, you can send call prompt to a contact, and
the other party can call back directly.
1) Press [MENU] key to enter the main menu.
2) Press [
] / [
] key to Contacts, then press [MENU]
key to select.
3) Press [
] / [
] key to Digital Contacts, then press
[MENU] key to select.
4) Press [
] / [
] key to the desired user alias or ID, then
press [MENU] key to select.
5) Press [
] / [
] key to Application, then press [MENU]
key to select.
• Or press [

] key to Manual Dial, then press
[MENU] key to select, flashing cursor appears, input the
user ID you want to call, then press [MENU] key.

key, the screen will display"Call Alert..."
7) When the radio sends a call prompt, the LED indicator
light is red.
8) If you receive a call confirmation, LED indicator lights
green tone sounds, and displays "Call Alert OK"
• Or if no call alert confirmation is received, a beep sounds
and the screen displays "Call Alert Fail".
• Receive Call Alert
When you receive a call alert, the screen displays a call
alert, alternating with the alias or ID of the calling radios.
Press [BACK] key to exit.
1.3.3 Remote monitor
In digital mode, you can remotely activate a contact's
microphone and secretly listen to each other's voice and
background sound information.
1.3.3.1 Initiate remote monitor
1) Press [MENU] key to enter the main menu.
2) Press [

] key to Contacts, then press [MENU]
key to select.
3) Press [
] / [
] key to Digital Contacts, then press
[MENU] key to select.
4) Press [

] key to the desired user alias or ID, then
press [MENU] key to select.
