Cooling fan preparation

1. INSTALL COOLING-FAN.

(a) Position the cooling-fan on the bonnet cover.
K: Cooling-fan (22-2)
K: Bonnet cover (22-1)
(b) Install 4 bolts and nuts.
K: Bolt (4 pcs.) (22-3)
K: Nut (4 pcs.) (22-4)
Torque 6 Nm
NOTICE: Ensure that the harness connection is

facing the right direction.

2. INSTALL BRACKET TO COVER.

(a) Install temperature sensor bracket to cover
K: Bracket (24-1)
K: Nut (2x) (24-11)
K: Bolt (2 pcs.) (24-10)
Torque: 10 Nm

3. TEMPERATURE SENSOR.

(a) Install the temperature sensor into the bracket with a
K
nut.
K: Temperature sensor (23-3)
K: Washer (24-5)
K: Flat nut (24-4)
Torque: 20 Nm
