Troubleshooting
If you suspect a bad calibration, or if your network analyzer does not pass
performance verification, follow the steps in
Returning a Kit or Device to Keysight Technologies
If your kit or device requires service, contact Keysight - refer to
Keysight" on page
6-2. When you send the kit or device to Keysight, include a
service tag (found at the end of this manual) on which you provide the
following information:
•
Your company name and address.
•
A technical contact person within your company, and the person's
complete phone number.
•
If you are returning a complete kit, include the model number and serial
number.
•
A list of your network analyzer model numbers.
•
If you are returning one or more devices, include the part numbers and
serial numbers.
•
Indicate the type of service required.
•
Include any applicable information.
