- Page 3 5. Assemble and install LOCK & RIDE ® expansion 6. Ensure all expansion anchors are unlocked, anchor to each corner of fixed rack . Observe then install headache rack assembly into bed location of nylon washer and steel washer until anchors are fully seated. Depress levers to lock in place.
