Boot configuration
With the introduction of COM
BIOS_DISABLE# signals have been doubled, in order to support SPI Devices
and allow for multiple Carrier implementations for external BIOS devices.
New BIOS selector signals, BIOS_DIS0# and BIOS_DIS1#, can be managed
using jumpers JP7 and JP8, according to what described in COM Express
specifications par. 4.3.12.
