It could be possible that the TFT panel used on LVDS connection is not able to
communicate to the COM Express
synchronisation/configuration, or that it is necessary to use peculiar timing parameters.

In both these cases, it is possible to use a specific I2C EEPROM programmed with correct timing
+3.3V_S
data.

For this purpose, an 8-pin DIP socket p2.54mm, type TE p/n 2-1571552-2 or equivalent is
LVDS_I2C_CK
provided, with the pinout shown in the table on the left:

Another factory configuration for embedded LCD displays includes a separated connectors for
embedded Display Port displays, with pinout shown in the table on the left.

This connector is a VESA
interface, type I-PEX p/n 20455-030E-02. Mating connector is I-PEX

SW_VDD_FUSE Signals available on this connector are a subset of those available on
LVDS and backlight connectors; please refer to those connectors for a signal description.

be used for setting SW_BACK_FUSE and SW_VDD_FUSE voltage values.

Since LVDS and eDP interfaces are shared on the same pins on the COM Express
connectors, and they cannot be used at the same time, then on connector CN41 pins
21, 22, 24, 25, 27 and 28 are not connected by default.
It is necessary a small rework of the carrier board in order to use eDP interface instead of
LVDS.
