- Page 2 air box The ignition must be turned OFF before installation. Remove the seat. Remove the fuel tank. Remove the right hand side air box as shown in Figure A. Remove the left hand side cover. Lay the PCIII USB EX under the left hand side cover next to the fuse box.
- Page 3 Attach the connectors from the PCIII USB EX stock harness to the throttle bodies and the stock connectors wiring harness connectors as shown in Figure D. PCIII USB EX connectors Locate the stock Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) connector as shown in Figure E. The TPS connector is located on the right hand side of the bike to the rear of the throttle body.

This connector is located under the left hand side cover. 13 Remove the tape securing this connector to the main wiring harness and remove the cap as shown in Figure G. remove cap 14 Attach the red wire from the PCIII USB EX harness to the stock wiring harness as shown...
- Page 5 16 Using the supplied velcro, secure the PCIII USB EX to the fuse box under the right hand side cover as shown in Figure J. Make sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching. 17 Reinstall the side cover, fuel tank, and air box. 18 Insert the cd provided into your computer’s cd-rom drive.
