- Page 2 The ignition must be turned OFF before installation. Remove the main seat and the passenger seat. Remove the right hand side tail section as shown in Figure A. Prop the front of the fuel tank up. remove covers Remove the pins on the underside tail section as shown in Figure B.
- Page 3 Unplug the stock connector from the throttle bodies as shown in Figure D. unplug This is a 16-pin brown connector located connector under the fuel tank on the right hand side of the bike. Attach the connectors from the PCIII USB EX harness to the throttle bodies and stock wiring PCIII USB EX harness connectors as shown in Figure E.
- Page 4 Using the supplied velcro, secure the PCIII USB EX to the inner part of the right hand fairing as shown in Figure G. Make sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching. 10 Reinstall all body work and the fuel tank. 11 Reinstall the main seat and passenger seat.
