- Page 2 The ignition must be turned OFF before installation. Remove the main seat and the passenger seat. Remove the fuel tank cover. Remove the two bolts for the rear tail section as shown in Figure A. Remove the left hand side mid fairing. remove these bolts Temporarily lay the PCIII USB EX in the tail PCIII USB EX...
- Page 3 Attach the ground wire from the PCIII USB EX to the negative side of the battery as shown in Figure D. Reinstall the fuel tank stop bracket. Rotate the fuel tank upwards and hold in this position. ground wire 10 Unplug the stock wiring harness connectors from the throttle bodies as shown in Figure E.
- Page 4 12 Locate the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) connector on the left hand side of the throttle bodies as shown in Figure G. 13 Unplug the TPS connector. TPS connector 14 Attach the connectors from the PCIII USB EX PCIII USB EX to the TPS connector and stock connector as connectors shown in Figure H.
