When placing the unit vertically
Pay attentions to the following points when you load film
sheets with the unit placed vertically.
• Do not give a shock to the film tray. Doing so may cause
the film sheets to move inside the film tray. This may
result in the film jamming.
• When removing or inserting the film tray, hold it while
pushing the cover down with both hands. If you hit the
film tray, the cover of the film tray will open and the
sheets of film may pop out from the film tray.
• If you slant the film tray, film sheets may move to the
outlet of the film tray. This may cause film jamming. In
such a case, put the film sheets back inside the film tray
by pushing them with your finger, as shown below.
Notes on storing film sheets
• If you remove the film sheets and plan to keep them for
a long time, store unused film in the damp-proof bag.
• Store unopened packages in a cool, dark place.
