Adjusting the Spindle Position

The drill table and the spindle are
already adjusted when delivered. If it is
required to readjust the parts, proceed
as follows:
Attention: Make sure the radial drill
press is switched off and unplugged
from power mains before undertaking
any adjustments.
1. Insert a test bar of 80 mm length
into the drill chuck and check with
a right angle ruler if there is a right
angle of the spindle to the drill
table.
2. Unscrew the set screws (45)
on both sides of the bench drill
assembly and adjust it.
3. Tighten both set screws with
the suitable hex wrench.
