4.19 Power Cut Detection And Detection Time Report

The user can use this command to set power cut detection and detection report interval GX-101 should reply.
Setup format：＃「username」,「Password」,「Function Code」, 「intervals (sec)」, 「Total number of report」＊
Example: ＃username,0000,20,60,0＊
Note: When the total number of report is set "0", power cut detection will be disabled.
