Chapter 7: Common procedures

This module contains procedures that are common to more than one product line.

Abandoning a command

This procedure describes how to abandon a command entered using the UI/Mode Select
button.
Note:
The UI button is labeled Mode Select on Avaya branded equipment.

Wait sixty seconds after the last configuration change before resetting the unit.
The system can take up to this long to save configuration changes to the NVRAM.
Stacks can be reset immediately after the last configuration change without any
loss of information.
