Relay 2 ON/OFF and Auto/Manual Control

1. Press the CONTROL key on the keypad/display. The ON/OFF
status and the second stage temperature of the cryopump are
displayed.
2. Press the Next key until the current status and mode for relay 2 are
displayed.
3. Press one of the following number keys for the desired relay
activity:
1 to turn relay 2 ON
0 to turn relay 2 OFF
7 to turn automatic mode ON
9 to turn manual mode ON
4. Press the MONITOR key. The On-Board microprocessor will
monitor system operation.
