Using EASYSENSE Q with Bluetooth Requirements 1) Your EASYSENSE Q must have a built in Bluetooth module. If it has there will be: • A Bluetooth logo (above the Data Harvest Bluetooth LED indicator logo) on the top panel of the EASYSENSE Q logger.
EASYSENSE Q is a Bluetooth 1.1 standard device, and as such should operate with any Version 1.1 or higher Bluetooth adapters/dongles; however Data Harvest cannot guarantee full operation with all makes of adapter.

It is likely that your EASYSENSE Q has an earlier version of the firmware (V2.70 or less). Update to the latest firmware from the Data Harvest website Question 6: The Bluetooth option only shows OFF (so is not currently paired), the Bluetooth Device Wizard already lists my logger as Passkey enabled and when I try to pair I get ‘pairing failed’.
