From the second screen shown in Step 1 of Section 8, select System Status Menu and press
Enter.
Select Telephone Line Status and press Enter. The Phone column will show ChkdIn.

11. Conclusion
These Application Notes describe the steps required to configure the Avaya 3600 series IP
telephones to work with the SpectraLink NetLink OAI Gateway to support the Indyme Retail
Solution, consisting of the SOLIS MTS Server, Magellus Assistance Center and Radius Call box.
The solution provides retailers a way to quickly respond to customer in-store requests for help by
text messaging employees' telephones. All test successfully passed.
