Repairs of any kind are allowed by qualified professional electricians only.
Any improper repair can result in a dangerous situation. Contact your local Heidolph
Instruments distributor for any repair you may have.
Warning:
Electric shock!
This unit must only be connected to a grounded electrical socket.
The unit and voltage must match. The type label on the back side of
the unit provides all voltage specifics.
When shipped the unit is grounded. In case the original plug is
changed, the new plug must have a protective conductor!

Mount pump heads


Warning:
Risk of finger crushing!
When mounting pump heads you can crush your fingers if rotation is
switched on accidentally.
Always switch device off via main switch while mounting pump
heads.

Single-channel pump heads SP standard and SP vario

Components:
▪ 1x Pump head
▪ 1x Flange
▪ 1x Guide aid
▪ 2x Knurled screws
▪ 2x Short tube sections
▪ 1x Allen key
➜ Insert guide aid into flange.
➜ Position flange with guide aid in front
of pump head in a way that guide will
be pushed into coupling.
✓ Allen screw shows upwards.
➜ Tighten flange on both sides with
knurled screws onto pump head.
➜ Remove guide aid.
➜ Remove protection shield from front of
pump head.
Warning:
Risk of finger crushing!
When pump head is not
covered, you can crush your
fingers on rotating parts.
Always mount protection shield
before switching on and
operating device.
