Solution

hear a click to center the
objective lens
Center the slide over the
bulb
Clean with compressed air
or soft brush
Rotate the disc diaphragm
to a larger hole

Clean the slide with glass
cleaner or lens cloth
Tighten eyepiece or
objective lenses
Place glass cover slip over
the specimen
Use a lab-quality slide
Flip the slide over so that
the cover slip is facing up
Wipe the lens off with soft
cloth and glass cleaner
Rotate the disc diaphragm
to a larger hole
Reposition slide more
securely in the clips
