    The Slimdrive SL and Slimdrive SL-FR 2M may not be used as a fire or smoke protection door. The Slimdrive SL-FR 2M is approved for use in escape and rescue paths.
  • Page 5 Before working on the electrical system: • disconnect the drive from the 230 V mains network and check to ensure that it is not supplied with power. • disconnect the controller from the 24 V battery. • note that if an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is used, the system will still be supplied with power despite the fact that the power supply is disconnected.

    For electrical installation, see terminal connection diagram. Installing key switch The key switch is required with the Slimdrive SL-FR 2M! The key switch is optional with the Slimdrive SL. The display program switch can be engaged/disengaged with the key switch.
