INTRODUCTION
The fryer is equipped with an adjustable thermostat that allows you to adjust the
temperature to different types of food.
For optimum performance while sure the fryer, please read these instructions carefully.
Connection: connect the fryer to a wall socket 220-240V and 50 Hz grounded.

HOW TO USE

Before first use
1.
Remove the packaging, lift the cover and remove all objects inside the fryer basket.
2.
It is advisable to clean the lid, cover the container and the basket as shown in the
"Cleaning and care" section.
3.
Remove the power cord from its compartment.
Use
1.
Make sure the unit is completely off (the indicator light is off).
2.
Remove the lid from the fryer.
3.
Remove the frying basket and fill the container with oil. The filling level must be between
the minimum and maximum levels. Replace the cover.
4.
Connect the plug to a socket 220/240 V, 50 Hz. Turn the switch on, the red indicator light
will illuminate.
5.
Select the desired temperature by turning the temperature control. A rule of thumb is that
precooked foods require a temperature higher than raw. The green indicator lamp lights up.
6.
When the set temperature is reached, the green indicator lamp goes out. Remove the
lid and put the frying basket with food and hot oil carefully. The green indicator lamp on and
off several times during cooking. It is normal, and indicates that the thermostat is controlling
the temperature.
7.
At the end of the cooking time (cooking time is specified on the packaging of food or
recipe), carefully open the lid (attention, can emit hot steam). Remove the basket.
8.
Lift the basket and remove food items.
9.
When finished using, turn off and unplug the fryer.
Tips for use
1.
Always change the oil after use 8 or 10 times.
2.
Use good quality oils suitable to reach high temperatures. Do not use margarine, olive oil
or butter, as these starts to smoke at low temperatures, which makes them unsuitable for
frying.
3.
To reduce the acrylamide content of starchy foods (like pasta and cereals), they should fry
with a temperature not exceeding 170 ° C and for the shortest time possible, until lightly
browned.
4.
Do not move or carry the fryer if the oil is still hot.
5.
When frying food dough, remove excess liquid, and carefully place the food in the oil.
6.
Do not fill the basket above 2/3 capacity (if making chips, the amount maximum is 200 g
per liter of oil).
7.
Before frying foods, dry them with a rag.
Attention:
When frying foods with high humidity (such as frozen potatoes), the liquid can cause
the oil to overflow.
