CLEANING

Make sure the fryer is unplugged.

Wait until the fryer has cooled completely before cleaning.

To avoid burns, after cleaning the fryer wait one or two hours before using it again.

control element of the cover with a damp cloth and detergent if necessary. Do not immerse
