6.1 Troubleshooting

Communication/Power Issues

Communication with the simulator cannot be established
Battery is discharged
Trying to communicate with a
different simulator
Simulator doesn't run for the time specified
Battery is not charged
properly
Simulator doesn't respond to any command
The tablet is communicating
with a different simulator

Plug in the charger and allow to charge
Make sure to select the right simulator when
opening the software.
In a multiple simulator environment, make
sure to enter the right Serial Number
Make sure that LED indicator on battery
charger goes through the sequence
described in its label, usually red or orange
after plugging it, and then green when
charge is completed.
If LED does not go through label's
indications, then:
Check plug connection making sure it is all
the way in.
Make sure you are using the appropriate
charger, labeled with its simulator name
Click the gear in the upper-right corner
of the screen, then select "Setup", and
"Options". Type in the serial number of the
simulator you wish to control
