Any other simulated blood brand containing sugar or any additive may cause blockage and/or interruption of the vasculature system. Use a 25-27 gauge needle set.     PREMIE™ Blue S108.250 | User Manual The tibia bones supplied with your simulator are made from hard plastic that can be pierced by an intraosseous needle. Once holes have been made in the tibia it can leak. We have minimized leakage by controlling luid pressure in the bone using inlet and drain valves.
