Description
Enable/Disable Energy Efficient P-state feature.
When set to 0, will disable access to
ENERGY_PERFORMANCE_BIAS MSR and
CPUID Function 6 ECX[3] will read 0 indicating no
support for Energy Efficient policy setting. When
set to 1 will enable access to
ENERGY_PERFORMANCE_BIAS MSR 1B0h
and CPUID Function 6 ECX[3] will read 1
indicating Energy
Enable/Disable locking of Package Power Limit
settings. When enabled,
PACKAGE_POWER_LIMIT MSR will be locked
and a reset will be required to unlock the register.
1-Core Ratio Limit with range 0 to 83. The
Minimum range may very between Processors.
This 1-Core Ratio Limit Must be greater than or
equal to 2-Core Ratio Limit, 3-Core Ratio Limit,
4-Core Ratio Limit.
