Example of Configuring Access Control
Networking requirement
A wireless network whose SSID is Home has been set up in a large apartment. Only family members are
allowed to connect to the wireless network.
The Access Control function of the AP is recommended. The family members have three wireless devices
whose MAC addresses are C8:3A:35:00:00:01, C8:3A:35:00:00:02, and C8:3A:35:00:00:03.
Configuration procedure
Step 1
Choose Wireless Setting > Access Control > 5 GHz Access Control.
Step 2
Select Home from the SSID drop-down list.
Step 3
Select Allow from the MAC Filter Mode drop-down list.
Step 4
Enter C8:3A:35:00:00:01 in the

Repeat step 4 to add C8:3A:35:00:00:02 and C8:3A:35:00:00:03 as well.
Step 6
Click Save.

Verification
