Features

Touch control sensors

This appliance is equipped with touch control sensors, which are easy and comfortable to operate. By
tapping a key, the respective function is activated and acknowledged by a signal tone.
Always keep the operating panel clean and dry and do not operate it with wet fi ngers as this might lead
to malfunctions.

Electronic temperature control

The electronic temperature system controls and maintains the temperature inside the oven very precisely.
This is why the unit is perfectly suitable for cooking with the low-temperature method (in combination
with a separate core-temperature thermometer).
The heating process is indicated by a blinking temperature symbol. As soon as the set temperature has
been reached, the temperature symbol is displayed constantly.

Residual heat indication

If the oven is switched off and still emits residual heat (>70 °C), the display will show
"-H-" (for hot). The residual heat can be used e.g. for keeping warm your dishes.

Interior illumination

The oven illumination is on during the whole operating time.
The lamp goes off when the appliance is switched off manually or automatically after 10 minutes in case
no key is touched while in mode "on".

Operating functions

The oven features many operation functions so that there is a proper way of preparing each kind of food.
Just perfect for baking, roasting, cooking, gratinating, grilling and more.
Upper/lower heat
For baking and roasting on an insertion level, where there is an even heating from above
and down. Especially suitable for baking sheet cakes and fl an case, for preparing casseroles,
roasts and fi sh and other classic recipes.
Upper/lower heat with circulating air
Like above, but additionally a fan will evenly distribute the heat inside the oven chamber.
Upper heat – with/without rotisserie spit
For preparing casseroles and gratins, which require a crusty surface and for roasts
(e. g. steaks, sausages, rolled pork, chicken) as well as for cooking "au gratin".
By using the rotisserie spit, this function is suitable for spit roast and chicken, etc.
