14. Logging facility
VoCALL 16 incorporates extensive logging facilities to help manage the system.
Information logged is classified in below groups:

1. Call Logs

2. Fault Logs
3. Event Logs
Up to 2000 entries per log type are visible on LCD screen. Each entry is date and
time stamped. Logs are auto saved to the SD Card provided with the Panel.
On reaching 2000 entries the system will overwrite the existing logs entries

14.1 Call logs
VoCALL 16 provides detailed information for all the calls processed by the system.
Following states depicting call progression are recorded:
On Hook - OS
Call has been disconnected by OS
Off Hook - OS
Handset has been lifted / Call button pressed.
Ringing
Call has been initiated. It is not yet received on the other end.
OS/MX Start Call
Call has been initiated. The log will record the entity starting the call.
OS/MX End Call
Call has been terminated. The log will record the entity ending the call.
Dial Number
Outstation calling number dialed by panel.
Listen-in
MX has initiated call with OS in listen-in mode. No action is required by OS for this call. It
helps in listening to OS surroundings. This call is possible only with Type B OS.
Speak only
MX has initiated call with OS in Speak Only mode. No action is required by OS for this call.
This would be useful to broadcast information. This call is possible only with Type B OS
one at a time.
Hold - start/end
Call has been put on hold by panel.
Network error
Ongoing call ended due to fault with network, audio recovery was not possible.
