Replacing a thyristor

You can replace disk-type thyristors within a short space of time using simple tools. The tool set
provided contains the following parts:
● Setting gauge
● Reversible ratchet and socket
● Contact oil Cramolin B
The thyristors are centered in the stack by way of their outer diameter and split rivets. The
expanding rivets are attached to the heat sinks. A disk spring at the top of the stack provides
the necessary pressure.

When replacing a thyristor, observe possible restrictions. Restrictions apply with regard to the
recovery charge Qrr, the on-state voltage U
